PaySYSTEMZ in no way controls, manages, operates, or has any relation to this payment gateway. The payment gateway is provided by the merchant to whom you are making payment. PaySYSTEMZ provides the interface (the web page) by which the front end user (you) can make payment to the named merchant by entering details on the form on the page. PaySYSTEMZ in no way whatsoever handles, touches, tracks, or logs any portion of the payment’s funds/monies. PaySYSTEMZ  does not store any of your data or details. In the case that the named merchant does not have an online payment gateway, or online payment processor, the details you typed into the form are then securely provided to the named merchant. The named merchant is then at that time and thereon liable and responsible for the safety of your credit card details and to complete the transaction as a card-not-present type of transaction by either entering into a machine or online panel.
